LIBERIA – Today, the Ministry of Education will officially launch of Phase 2 of the WASSCE Intervention Project to kick start the tutorial classes aimed at preparing 12th graders for the upcoming West African Senior Secondary Examinations. The occasion will be observed in every County commencing at 2:00 PM.
Following the launch on today, January 17, 2020, the Public School Tutorial Classes will begin on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 8:30 AM on the respective Public School campuses across the Country. These classes will be conducted by subject specialists, supervised by Principals and monitored by District Education Officers, as well as, members of the Civil Society community and student groups, who have volunteered their services to help support the education of the Liberian child.
The Ministry encourages all parents to supoort this initiative by ensuring that students, their children attend these classes.
