Department of Instruction

The mandate of the Department shall includes:

a)       Development and implementation of programs for Early Childhood Education;

b)      Development and implementation of programs for Basic and Secondary Education;

c)       Development and implementation of Programs for Teachers Training Education;

d)      Development and implementation of programs for the teaching of Liberian study (language, culture, customs, etc.)

e)      Development and implementation of programs for the teaching of Vocational and Technical Education and a comprehensive career development program, in collaboration with the Department of Planning, Research & Development of the Ministry, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
